FixxWorx Software Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of FixxWorx Software, including Artisan Plus, SkoonSys and related services. By registering for or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FixxWorx provides software-as-a-service products including Artisan Plus for service business control and SkoonSys for cleaning schedules, inspections, QR records, quality management and compliance reporting.

2. Licence

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software while their subscription is active. Customers do not purchase ownership of the software, source code, designs, branding or intellectual property.

3. Account registration

Customers must provide accurate business, billing and contact information. FixxWorx may refuse or suspend accounts where information is false, incomplete, abusive or unlawful.

4. Subscription activation

Accounts are created as Pending until payment is confirmed. The standard activation flow is: Register, Pending, EFT payment, Manual verification, Active. Access is only provided after FixxWorx confirms payment.

5. EFT payments

Customers must use the payment reference supplied during registration or invoicing. Proof of payment may be sent to info@fixxworx.co.za. Activation may be delayed if the payment reference is missing, incorrect or unclear.

6. Subscription periods

Subscriptions may be monthly, yearly or another agreed period. Access remains active until the paid period expires, unless suspended earlier under these Terms.

7. Late payment

If payment is not received before the renewal date, FixxWorx may mark the account as Past Due, Expired or Suspended. Suspended accounts may lose access until payment is received and manually reactivated.

8. Customer responsibilities

• Keep login details secure
• Manage users and permissions
• Enter accurate business data
• Review quotes, invoices, reports and records
• Keep independent copies of critical business records
• Use the software lawfully

9. Data ownership

Customer business data remains the property of the customer. FixxWorx may process customer data only to provide, maintain, secure and support the services.

10. Service availability and backups

FixxWorx aims to keep services available and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. FixxWorx may perform system backups as part of normal operations. Customers remain responsible for keeping their own copies of important records where necessary.

11. SkoonSys disclaimer

SkoonSys helps with cleaning records, quality management, inspections, QR records and operational compliance tracking. SkoonSys does not guarantee legal compliance, regulatory approval, audit success or certification.

12. Artisan Plus disclaimer

Artisan Plus helps with quotes, job cards, invoices, payments and service records. Customers remain responsible for reviewing all financial, tax, client and operational records before relying on them.

13. Acceptable use

Customers may not use the services for unlawful activity, malware, abuse, unauthorised access, reverse engineering or actions that harm other users or the platform.

14. Intellectual property

FixxWorx, Artisan Plus, SkoonSys, logos, designs, workflows, source code, documentation and related materials remain the intellectual property of FixxWorx or its licensors.

15. Termination

FixxWorx may suspend or terminate access if a customer breaches these Terms, fails to pay, abuses the service or creates security or legal risk.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixxWorx is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, data loss or reputational damage.
