FixxWorx POPIA Compliance Statement

FixxWorx Software recognises the importance of protecting personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.
1. Responsible processing
FixxWorx aims to process personal information responsibly, lawfully and for defined business purposes.
2. Purpose of processing
- Register and manage accounts
- Provide Artisan Plus and SkoonSys
- Manage billing and EFT activation
- Provide customer support
- Maintain security and audit records
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Minimality
FixxWorx aims to collect only information reasonably required for the service.
4. Data subject rights
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Requests may be sent to info@fixxworx.co.za.
5. Information Officer
POPIA-related requests may be directed to the Information Officer, FixxWorx Software, at info@fixxworx.co.za.
6. Security safeguards
FixxWorx uses reasonable safeguards such as access control, password protection, audit logs, tenant separation and secure hosting practices.
7. Operator relationships
Where third-party providers process information on behalf of FixxWorx, FixxWorx aims to use providers suitable for the required service.
8. Direct marketing
FixxWorx may send service-related messages to customers. Marketing communication will be managed according to applicable law.
9. Complaints
Users may contact FixxWorx first at info@fixxworx.co.za. Users may also have the right to contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
10. Updates
This statement may be updated as FixxWorx improves its services or legal requirements change.
