FixxWorx Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This policy applies to Artisan Plus, SkoonSys and related FixxWorx Software services.
1. EFT payments
FixxWorx currently accepts EFT and similar bank-based payments. Accounts are activated manually after payment is confirmed.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by giving written notice before the next renewal date. Where a monthly subscription has already started, fees for the active paid period are generally not refundable.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled, but access will normally remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for annual subscriptions are considered case by case.
4. Cooling-off rights
Where applicable under South African consumer law, customers may have cancellation rights for certain electronic transactions or services. FixxWorx will consider lawful refund requests in line with applicable law.
5. No refund for used service period
Once access has been activated and the service has been used, FixxWorx may decline refunds for the used portion of the subscription.
6. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If a customer accidentally pays twice or pays an incorrect amount, the customer must contact FixxWorx with proof of payment. FixxWorx may refund, credit or allocate the amount to a future subscription period.
7. Cancellation process
Cancellation requests must be sent to info@fixxworx.co.za and include the business name, registered email address, product name, reason for cancellation and requested cancellation date.
8. Data after cancellation
After cancellation, customer access may be suspended or disabled after the paid period ends. Customers should export or request important records before cancellation is finalised.
9. Refund timing
Approved refunds may take time to process depending on banking systems and verification requirements.
