Yes. A tenant administrator can change the organisation profile without deleting existing customers, jobs or financial records.
How many users are included?+
The R399 monthly plan includes up to 10 active user accounts. FixxWorx shows current use before another person is activated.
Does field work function offline?+
Assigned technician work can be cached on the device and queued changes sync when connectivity returns, where enabled by the installed Artisan Plus build.
