1. Information we process

FixxWorx processes account, contact, subscription, licence, payment-status, login, support and security information needed to operate the platform. Artisan_Plus and SiteForge operational data remain in each product’s own database.

2. Why we use it

We use the information to create accounts, secure access, manage subscriptions and licences, provide product access, deliver support, prevent misuse and improve the service.

3. Capacity requests

When a larger licence or the current hosting ceiling requires review, FixxWorx stores the name, business, email, trade profile, selected plan and capacity reason. The password entered on the secure registration form is not stored in the capacity queue.

4. Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer data. Information is shared with service providers only where needed to deliver the platform, under appropriate confidentiality and security. Records are retained for as long as the account, legal duties, security or dispute handling reasonably require.

5. Your choices

You can correct account details, contact support about access or deletion, and stop marketing communication. Certain transaction, audit and security records may need to be retained.

6. Product connections

Artisan_Plus and SiteForge share only the data approved by the authorised business for a specific connection. A connection does not merge the databases. A contractor’s other customers, private pricing, accounts and unrelated work are not exposed merely because a project is connected.

7. POPIA and enquiries

FixxWorx acts as the responsible party for account and licensing data whose purpose and processing it determines. Each customer business remains responsible for the lawful collection and use of personal information entered by its users into a product. Privacy and access enquiries may be submitted through the client portal or published support channel.
