1. Information we process

FixxWorx processes account, contact, subscription, licence, login, support and security information needed to operate the platform. Artisan Plus operational data remains in the product’s own database.

2. Why we use it

We use the information to create accounts, secure access, manage subscriptions and licences, provide product access, deliver support, prevent misuse and improve the service.

3. Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer data. Information is shared with service providers only where needed to deliver the platform, under appropriate confidentiality and security. Records are retained for as long as the account, legal duties, security or dispute handling reasonably require.

4. Your choices

You can correct account details, contact support about access or deletion, and stop marketing communication. Certain transaction, audit and security records may need to be retained.
