FixxWorx Data Security Statement
Last updated: 19 June 2026
FixxWorx takes reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect customer data.
1. Security approach
FixxWorx aims to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer data.
2. Access control
Access is controlled through user accounts, passwords, roles and permissions. Customers are responsible for managing their own authorised users.
3. Passwords
Passwords should be stored securely by the system and should not be shared. Users must choose strong passwords and keep them private.
4. Tenant separation
Artisan Plus and SkoonSys are designed to separate customer data using company-level access controls. Each customer should only access data belonging to their own company account.
5. Audit logs
The system may keep activity logs for security, support and accountability.
6. Backups
FixxWorx may maintain backups for recovery purposes. Backups are not a replacement for customer responsibility to keep copies of critical business records.
7. Hosting
FixxWorx services may be hosted on third-party hosting infrastructure. FixxWorx takes reasonable steps to use suitable hosting and configuration practices.
8. Incident response
If a serious security incident is detected, FixxWorx will investigate, take reasonable corrective steps and notify affected customers where required.
9. Customer responsibility
- Use strong passwords
- Remove users who no longer need access
- Avoid sharing login details
- Keep devices secure
- Report suspected security issues quickly
10. Reporting security concerns
Please report security concerns to info@fixxworx.co.za.
