FixxWorx Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what customers and users may not do while using FixxWorx Software, Artisan Plus or SkoonSys.

Customers may not

• Use the services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity
• Attempt to access accounts, data, systems or areas they are not authorised to use
• Upload malware, viruses, malicious scripts or harmful files
• Overload, scan, attack, disrupt, scrape or interfere with the platform
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or system design
• Share login details outside the authorised users of the customer
• Misuse demo access for real business operations, spam, attack testing or sensitive customer data
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or abusive content
• Use the services to collect, store or distribute personal information unlawfully

Consequences

FixxWorx may suspend or terminate access where this policy is breached. Serious abuse may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
